How Ahead works

Six steps, and one thing we don't control

You tell Aliya what you're looking for. She does the searching, the qualifying, the preparation and the tracking. You make every decision that matters.

1. Tell Aliya what you want One sentence, in your own words. She reads it back so you can see whether she understood, and you correct anything she got wrong. Your correction always wins.
2. Aliya finds qualified opportunities Roles read from employers' own job boards, checked against the criteria you agreed on: the role itself, where you'll work, your compensation target where the employer discloses it, and anything you ruled out.
3. Aliya prepares you For each role she explains, in writing, why it clears your criteria and what is still unknown about it — then prepares the application for you to read.
4. You decide what moves forward Nothing is submitted anywhere without your explicit approval. Ahead refuses duplicate applications rather than embarrassing you with one.
5. Aliya tracks the process Applied, recruiter review, interview, final stage, offer. Every state change is a verified event with a date. Ahead does not interpret silence as rejection, because silence isn't evidence of anything.
6. Aliya prepares you for interviews A company briefing, the requirements, why you match, likely questions, your strongest stories, and the questions worth asking back.

And then the part we don't control

An employer decides who to interview and who to hire. Ahead does not, and any product that tells you otherwise is selling you something it cannot deliver. What we can promise is our own work — that's the Ahead Guarantee: if Aliya doesn't find and prepare qualified opportunities matching the criteria we agreed on, she keeps working at no additional charge until she does.

Why not LinkedIn and ChatGPT?

Use both. They're good at what they do.

LinkedIn helps you discover opportunities. ChatGPT helps you think through them. Neither one remembers where you are in your search next Tuesday.
